AlfaBEST accepts veteran pension benefits for reimbursement of home care services. Many veterans are unaware of these benefits and don't know how to get started.  AlfaBEST Home Care is here to assist you along the way.  

Step 1 – Contact our office today and we can start the process to help you obtain home care benefits through your pension plan.  An initial 20-minute phone screen will occur to determine if you may have benefits and then to discuss next steps.  

Step 2 – AlfaBEST works with a third-party company, who will submit all of your paperwork and obtain authorization for benefits on your behalf.  The entire process can take up to 3 - 6 months.  However, you can typically pay for the services out-of-pocket and the pension plan will reimburse you once approved.

Step 3 – Once your benefits are approved, AlfaBEST will provide home care services scheduled on hourly shifts that accommodate your schedule.
